Delivery & Returns


We offer a range of different delivery options to meet your satisfaction depending on Weight and Value which can be purchased from our store.


Royal Mail Tracked 24 - our standard delivery option. Arrives in 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM - provides you with confirmation of delivery. Arrives next working day by 1PM.


​Royal Mail International Signed For - our standard delivery option. Arrives in 7 - 14 working days after dispatch depending on Location of Customer. 

Parcel Force – For parcels over 2KG and with a high Value. All items ordered as Live Breaks cannot be refunded or cancelled, due to the nature of ordering items to be opened live.

​We do not accept liability for any supplementary costs incurred by customers caused by incorrectly provided order information, damaged or faulty goods or delayed, lost or mis-routed orders. By using the site, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you. Communicating false information is contrary to the present general Terms of Service

If an order hasn't arrived within 7 days of being posted, A full investigation will be made and no refunds will be given for 30 days after the order date until the item can be classed as delayed/lost

While packages are insured against damage, they are not insured if stolen after delivery. Let your postal carrier know not to leave packages unattended.


All items ordered as Live Breaks cannot be refunded or cancelled, due to the nature of ordering items to be opened live.

We offer cancellations/returns on all non live items up to 14 days after receipt of the order. Unless the item is faulty or damaged, refunds & cancellations will be subject to a 3% transaction fee. This is because Shopify & PayPal will not refund the original transaction fees incurred.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Bago’s Breaks Ltd can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost/misrouted orders. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
